I once met a man

I once met a man who was trying to find

An answer to his soul but he was blind

So to change what was old

here is what I told

To build your own kingdom

Lay a brick at a time

To find your own heaven

Just open your mind

I once met a man who was trying to find

A shiny new object to improve his own life

I told him to rise before the rooster crows

Welcome to the grind where energy flows

To find your treasure

Break a rock at a time

No stone unturned

Search for your goldmine

I once met a man who was trying to find

He was searching for the secret to life

Do not worry my friend

We will try this again

Forget the destination and the end

Enjoy the road, lean into each bend

Keep going, a promise you’ll get there in the end

To find your treasure

Break a rock at a time

No stone unturned

Free your mind…
